Who's behind Ascend

Hi, I'm Maddie.

I coach aesthetic clinic owners on the part nobody teaches in training: the business. The strategy, the pricing, the marketing and the sales conversations that decide whether a clinic quietly survives or actually grows.

Having worked inside multi-million dollar clinics, I saw firsthand what actually drives growth — and I built this to bring those same frameworks to the solo practitioners and small teams building something of their own.
